Refund Policy

The Social Pearl is a private social membership group for women, founded by Candy Wilson. Membership dues are paid upon joining and are renewed annually.

All membership dues are non-refundable once payment is submitted. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, non-attendance at gatherings, scheduling conflicts, relocation, changes in personal circumstances, or a member’s decision not to participate after joining.

Membership dues support the planning, communication, coordination, member experience, and overall operations of The Social Pearl. Because these costs begin once a member joins, dues cannot be refunded, transferred, prorated, or credited toward a future membership period.

Annual membership does not guarantee attendance at every gathering or event. Event dates, locations, details, and availability may vary and are subject to change.

If a payment is made in error, a duplicate payment is received, or a billing issue arises, members should contact Candy Wilson as soon as possible for review.

By submitting membership dues, members acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy.
