Event Liability Waiver

Attendance at The Social Pearl gatherings, events, and activities is entirely voluntary. By attending any Social Pearl event, members and guests acknowledge and accept the terms of this waiver.

Members and guests are responsible for their transportation, health, safety, personal belongings, and personal choices at all Social Pearl events. This includes being aware of any food or beverage allergies, monitoring alcohol consumption, following venue rules, and exercising caution at third-party locations and outdoor events.

Participants acknowledge that social gatherings, travel, outdoor activities, and events at third-party venues entail inherent risks. By attending, members and guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social Pearl, Candy Wilson, Jewelry by Candy, and any event hosts or venues are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, allergic reactions, transportation issues, or personal disputes.

Any Social Pearl event involving alcohol is strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older. Attendees are responsible for monitoring their alcohol consumption and arranging safe transportation after any event where alcohol is served.

In the event of a medical emergency, The Social Pearl will assist in contacting emergency services. However, The Social Pearl is not responsible for providing medical care or for covering medical expenses.
